Voluntary Contributions
Contributions referenced through AIPF are voluntary support actions unless otherwise stated in a separate legally binding agreement.
No Equity or Return by Default
A contribution does not, by itself, create equity ownership, profit-sharing rights, debt, securities, control rights, voting rights, intellectual property rights, or guaranteed participation in a project.
No Guaranteed Outcome
AIPF does not guarantee that a contribution will result in a deployed product, completed milestone, commercial success, or any specific benefit to the contributor.
Public Activity Visibility
If a user chooses to make a contribution visible, their name and contribution information may appear in project activity. Public visibility does not imply endorsement, formal affiliation, or legal partnership.
Project Independence
Each project remains independently responsible for its operations, communications, compliance, delivery, and use of funds.
Independent Review
Contributors should review project information carefully and seek independent advice where appropriate before contributing.
